Go through the Life’s Healing Choices Book Study as a group Consider attending a Recovery Training Conference UPDATE YOUR PASTOR ON PROGRESS 2 Lessons Finalize the leadership team with your Pastor Meetings to finalize the plan for the future KICKOFF 2 Lessons "SOFT” opening with a small group of people meeting for several weeks/months to get established and then do official kick-off Big Opening Final 3 Lessons How often will leadership team meet (once or twice a month is recommended for the first few months) and schedule those meetings for at least 3-6 months.
