Attend several community recovery meetings in your area (Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Celebrate Recovery, etc.)

Form a GROUP of those who may be interested in helping start faith-based recovery meetings
· Recommend you do not initially call this a “leadership team”
